AROCA Regionals 2025 🔥 Welcome to all our new paddlers, those who have just joined us, and those from across the seas - this event involves V1 500m and 250m sprint races. Every year paddlers from all across Auckland compete at the AROCA (Auckland Regional Outrigger Canoe Association) Regionals to qualify for the Waka Ama Sprint Nationals held annually in January at Lake Karapiro 🙌 We had an outstanding number of registrations from our club this year (87) with paddlers in the intermediate, j16, j19, u23, open, master, senior master, and golden master categories - so massive shout out to all who raced, progressed, and made podium!! 🥇🥈🥉 And a huge congratulations to all who qualified and made it through to nationals!!! 🔥🤩 THANK YOU to our sponsors, families, friends, coaches, managers, and everyone who follows and cheers us on, for all your support and for sharing this journey with us! 🧡

Congratulations to these men - for some it was their first time crossing the Kaiwi Channel 🔥 This wouldn’t have been possible without our support crew and everyone behind the scenes, so a huge acknowledgement and thank you to everyone who supported and sponsored our guys throughout their Hawaii journey!! 🧡🤙🏽
