Iâm enjoying being in maintenance while still building my metabolism slowly with small increases each week. This is some of what I prepped and ate this week. I also had a few other things mixed in but these were my main meals

đ˝ď¸Toast with a little butter and one with jam + 1 egg and egg whites with chicken breakfast sausages.
đ˝ď¸A random pasta I threw together with organic rice noodles (not my fav), tomatoes, broth, basil, olives, sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning
đ˝ď¸taco bowl with ground beef seasoned with
@sietefoods mild taco seasoning (so good), boiled potatoes, lettuce, tomato, cilantro, Greek yogurt, sometimes salsa and cotija cheese, side of fruit
đ˝ď¸oats with thawed out frozen cherries and berries, vanilla Greek yogurt and maple syrup. đ
