Through an exploration of classic examples of anti villains, fashion rebels, my inner darkness and how this has effected my ultra colourful life I have created a collection thats a spectacle of collaged textiles, wild forms and all round extremity- drawn from the anti villain within me. I have also considered through the wild, easily misunderstood visuals I create- how societies misjudgements and assumptions may be the root cause in the way we understand villainous behaviour, that the nefariousness of an individual may be a vision we have created within our own misunderstandings of the world around us. #costume

This semester I aimed to continue my first semester exploration of persona and lived experience by focusing in deeper on my inner darker persona, my own anti villain. She wanted the best for me but she didn’t and still doesn’t know how to do it without hurting herself. My body was a prisoner to the anti villain within me and so are so many others in society. #costume

The villain is the evil force in a film, usually a protagonist that has bad intentions and does bad things to achieve this intention. Or thats how the wider population may view them. But not all villains are born evil- some villains have good intentions but its the world around them that shapes their actions into becoming villainous. These people are called anti villains. They rebel against social norms, they are brought down by an inner or outer force and they leave behind a powerful message about how society can make someone fall deep within the clutches of its darkness. #costume

We love ending the year off as an absolutely BANGER😍 this shoot highlights me & @rubyslockee little December cyber range 🛸 a few months ago Ruby @edwinahollick and I sat down for a kind of wild meeting about possible concepts for this ranges shoot that somehow we got side tracked by the fact the @dangerfieldclothing design team LOVES conspiracy theories😂 so that’s the energy we channeled with this one 🚀🛸🛩️
