5th day in Paris of a month long work trip! U20s Football World Cup (in Chile!).
1st thing to do is find a CrossFit gym, luckily the awesome @crossfitletrapeze is only 5 minutes from my apartment. CF gyms always make you feel more at home, and test my French language! Honourable member for the next month.
Eaten a lot of great food so far and met "un chat ou 🦁?"

One week on from the week before.
When passions and skills collide. Lucky enough to be involved in the @worldfitnessproject in Mesa, Phoenix, Arizona and it was another awesome week. The best people who care so deeply about what they do and field full of athletes who are the best at what they do.
So excited for them to bring the tour over to Copenhagen for the finals in December, it's time for the European crowd to bring the noise.
Lucky enough to pin a few days in Las Vegas off the back of it. Always a fun place and the trip to Sphere is something I won't forget in a hurry.

Another day, another few dollars 💵! But what a day.
Part 1 - The Wizard of Oz at @thesphere which was absolutely unbelievable, the screen goes over your head and the wind, vibrations and smoke during the tornado were mind blowingly realistic. What an experience
Part 2 - @madapple.cirquedusoleil in New York, New York. Crazy athleticism, amazing performances, songs, comedy and magic. It was like Britain's Got Talent on Steroids!!!
All topped off with a couple of hours in a Piano Dueling bar with a largely UK crowd. My Wonderwall request went down a treat!
A day I won't forget in a hurry!

Wow. A day that will go down in history of one of the best days of our lives. Such an amazing gig, spent with the best bunch of humans. Just look at the unrivalled joy on everyone's faces. From the start of Cast and Richard Ashcroft the evening built to an unbelievable crescendo. Oasis were incredible. A day about good people all loving life. Thanks team Glasto.
