We had the opportunity to attend the C.A.R. 5th Annual Fair Housing Day at UC Berkeley and it was truly an eye opening experience. The day was filled with meaningful conversations, diverse perspectives, and a shared commitment to fair housing for all. One thing was clear with federal funding diminishing and resources becoming more limited, the challenges facing our housing industry are growing more complex by the day. From affordability struggles to everyday barriers impacting communities, these issues aren’t going away on their own. So the real question is what can we do together to be part of the solution? It starts with collaboration. With education. With advocacy. And with a willingness to listen, learn, and act.
