Itโs been exactly a month since I got married!!(oh how time fliesโฆ) When I recall what are some of the fondest memories from the day, this first dance to my ultimate fav childhood show High School Musical probably comes somewhere near one of my top few memories.
I think itโs how in that moment, despite how clumsy we are as non-dancers and how we merely had 2 practices, some missteps here and there โ- time stood awfully still and in that moment it was just 2 of us, madly in love, and just enjoying each otherโs presence and soaking in the lyrics โAnd with every step together, we just keep on getting betterโ ๐ฅน Ft. me living out my childhood Troy & Gabriella moment?! Criessss.
This dance was also really special because my husband has never danced before and he did this because I really wanted a first dance, so I was deeply humbled and grateful for his compromises and acts of sacrifice for me!
Honestly, reliving our wedding day memories through all the footages captured is so special, so Iโll shelve our first dance here as an archive on this feed of mine and one day Iโll look back at this and relive the nerves, excitement and love all over again. ๐ค
