“Laughing Crack”
5.7 classic in smoke bluffs
50 pitches across western Canada, and this one still stands out as my favorite. Incredible Rock. Perfect quality, thin jams, good protection, good friction, thoughtful movement, sustained at the grade, really just a perfect crack climb.
This concludes 2 weeks climbing non stop with @robacanales@vyungg - took 1 rest/driving day due to me spraining my ankle, but that did not stop us at all 😂 I LOVE CANADA SO MUCH 🇨🇦 can’t wait to be back.
1. My first time leading a group hike with @trace.club
2. Camp & climb trip to Joshua tree with @usal.project

4. End of the roll
What a weekend.
Though it was off to a rocky start (lol) I had a great Sunday adventuring around calico basin and swimming up cracks with a great crew. I rounded out the day with a Moonlight Top Rope Solo session on this fun lil 2 pitcher called Abbey Road.
Also, @_melinasweet and I saw @lebanonhanover on Friday and, (as a self identifying goth) I simply cannot get over how amazing they were.
Absolutely delicious easy trad climbing in Red Rocks!
Truly nothing more fun than ripping up a few pitches of jugs and jams with some exposure to keep things interesting.

Another day of making the D2.One’s my multi-pitch shoe of choice 👀

@ocun.climbing for the gloves ✊🏽
2nd attempt on sculptures crack. Much closer this time. Reduced it to 1 hang from pump, and 1 hang to figure out a sequence. I think next time I’ll be adding a crack glove for the last 2 moves at the top. Fun little project!!
It doesn’t get much better than this!

P5 on “Spirit of Squamish”
Incredible position next to Shannon Falls, and really fun lay backing on solid flakes! Great pitch.
