The final Emerging Artist joining our 2026 Emerging Artist Program is Tayte Mitchell! Tayte holds a Bachelor of Music from Oberlin Conservatory, where he dual-majored in Voice Performance and Opera Directing. He also holds a Master’s in Voice from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Alongside his performance career, Tayte is also the CEO and Artistic Director of @ammolite.opera a chamber opera company dedicated to producing works by living composers and championing Canadian artists. We are thrilled to welcome Tayte to our program this year and look forward to seeing his talent shine!
