John Wick has always been one of my favourite franchises, so to get to try out all the handguns from the franchise, with the guy who made them and trained Keanu Reeves was crazy! Watching John Wick also made me want to train harder when I was in the Army just because I wanted to be as good as him! 😆

Had a family event where we raised some money to publish a book about my great grandfather who was the Minister of Education in Thailand. My dad also did his first ever solo performance on stage at the age of 73, singing a song that was written by his grandfather.
Was a lovely family day, thank you to everyone who came to support!

Took a break from social media for a bit so I can focus and be in the moments while filming this new project “John Rambo”
I’m still lost for words as this was one of the best filming experiences of my life. Finally getting to do a proper action movie where I get to do really cool stuff and doing my own stunts! Everybody on set just got along so well and was at the top of their game and we all felt the same responsibility to the legendary franchise. There are so many photos that I can’t wait to show you all, but will have to wait until the movie comes out in theaters next year!
Much love to my boys on the team, we bonded together like a real military unit over the months that we were filming this and had so much fun. Can’t wait to reunite soon.

Thank you so much to @rakxawellness for inviting to stay for 5 days with you, it was the most relaxing experience ever!
This was my first time ever experiencing a wellness retreat and I have to say that it was absolutely amazing. From the the staff that greets you at the front desk to all the doctors, fitness trainers, physiotherapists, masseuses. They were all so welcoming and helpful. You can tell that this place is run so well because once you tell one staff one thing about your injury, within an hour or so, all of the staff know about it and they are always doing what they can to help you heal and recover. 👏🏽
I came in with an injury and the physiotherapist fixed it in 3 sessions! It was also the most amazing deep tissue massage I’ve ever had! The food was also delicious and healthy!
If anyone needs a good body and mind reset, this is the place to go. The location is also stunning. It’s in Bangkok but the compound you are in makes it feel like you are completely disconnected from the busy city. I can’t wait to come back!

Had such a wonderful time up in Chiang Rai for the final days of 2025 with my little family. My daughter had the best time at @singhapark_chiangrai perfect day out for those of you looking to find a place to go in Northern Thailand.
We also went rafting near a hill tribe village and got to pick some strawberries at a local farm. I even got to try my first ever cacao fruit freshly cut from the hill tribe’s garden! 😋 can’t wait to come back and visit again!
