BREAKOUT
This is also good for paintball players - being quick from the get go not just getting to your position but having the job to hold a lane or just catch that person out from the beginning, is vital if you want to achieve success.
The drill at the end helps improve muscular strength within that range of motion, repetition in this movement using a heavy load leads to lighter feel/ faster movement when coming off that break.
Give it a try 😅 (kettle/dumbbell 1-2kg heavier than replica) it may look daft but it works!!

Core is very important to train as that is the structure that helps you keep yourself up right and stable when doing any sort of exercise.
These 2 work the obliques & core muscles 👌🏼
On both exercises - having the band out from the side facing away at a 90° degree good tension throughout both exercises more so on the rotatory exercise.
