I recently had the opportunity to deliver a message from the Dalai Lama to Pope Leo XIV. The Dalai Lama expressed his excitement about having an American pope — and wanted Pope Leo to know it personally. He urged the new Pope to embrace America fully, conveying his belief that by harnessing American influence, Pope Leo has the opportunity to expand and strengthen faith further than any pope before him. It was a fascinating and powerful message, and I was honored to deliver it. He’s right!
