On the 2nd May I had the pleasure of joining Leanne and Josh for their wedding day celebrations at @abovethe.bay in Falmouth.
Playing for ceremony and reception drinks Leanne had chosen bespoke music to complement the ambience and atmosphere at the time. Exiting the ceremony to ‘I’m Good’ (Blue) David Guetta set the tone for the day!

Lifelong friends Kath and Luke were joined by family and friends as they got married at @hotelsandycove
I had the pleasure of joining them for their whole day celebrating and playing bespoke music
Kath chose completely personal music for her ceremony, but preceded walking down the aisle by sending Luke a voice message as he stood waiting
Kath looked stunning and walked down the aisle in glorious sunshine to Riley Roth ‘Give me Away’

As the couple went for photographs I played for reception drinks and canapés then joined sporting friends at a table for the main meal.
Kath booked a band for the evening. As I knew the musicians I was able to play alongside them, interacting with guests on the dance floor
Joined by @a_sketch_journal painting live sketches, and Mikes on photos and videography. And the staff always amazing at Sandy Cove.

Saturday I travelled to play for the wedding of Dan and Bex @tredudwellmanor_wedding_venue
The couple had booked me to play across their whole day.
With the weather being lovely and warm I started playing from under what I can describe as an open ‘snow globe!’ In the gardens where the ceremony was to take place.
On completion of the ceremony we all moved back to the main reception area for canapés and drinks….here I was able to raise the vibe with some light interaction, easy listening, pop, with smiles and laughter all round!
Playing the couple into their wedding breakfast with their song choice of ‘Chading the Sun’ was also fun!😁
On completion of the wedding breakfast guests relaxed to more music and margaritas!
Then it was on to the dancing, first dance, DJ and Sax mixing from @djmarcodafunk interaction throughout….lots of youngsters (and adults!) with plastic blow up saxes. 🎷🕺🤣
Great to also be working alongside @leosharpphotography taking the snaps all day, I’m sure there will be some amazing photos. Also to the staff at Tredudwell for making me feel very welcome.

Another absolutely fantastic night playing for the wedding celebrations of Tilly and Ben at @thealvertonhotel
I started off with post wedding breakfast chill vibes as the main room was turned around, however Tilly’s mum wasn’t having any of the chill and soon requested some upbeat tunes…..of course I had to oblige :)
Then moving rooms and playing the newly weds into their evening function room to ‘Jubel’ the party continued with @dms_discos12 Dom on the decks! Mixing a fantastic set of Ibiza Classics the dance floor was packed throughout…..throwing in some dance moves, a conga and some vocals harmonies the evening was fun and interactive.
