We are looking for:
- 2 x experienced baristas (4 shifts per week, including 1 weekend day and an evening shift at our Chelford coffee shop serving alcohol)
- 1 x general kitchen assistant (4hr Sunday shift at our Chelford coffee shop. No experience required, but must be quick to learn)
Locations: Knutsford (Takeaway and shop) & Chelford (Coffee Shop & Bar), Cheshire. Baristas to work across both sites.
Salary: National living wage, plus tips
About Us: Tatton Perk is an independent, award winning, quality focused coffee shop brand based in the heart of Cheshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and other beverages
- Open and close the shops, sometimes independently.
- Prepare and serve our small selection food.
- Deliver excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service.
- Assist customers to understand allergens.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Work seamlessly as part of a team during busy periods, while also being fully capable of managing the workspace independently.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced coffee environment is essential.
- Specialty Coffee Knowledge: You will have an understanding of and experience with high-quality specialty coffee (dialing in, milk texturing, latte art, V60 service, etc.).
- Resilience: The ability to remain calm, efficient and positive under pressure during peak hours.
- Flexibility: Available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week, including at least one weekend day, with the ability to travel between our Knutsford and Chelford locations.

Glitter in the Dark by @connellpaintings , ironically glittering in the sun at @tattonperk
The inspiration for this piece came from Sarah travelling on the top deck of a bus through Manchester on a dark, rainy night (purposefully, for fun).
At the time, Sarah was moving away from realism and beginning to explore a more expressive, abstract style. That shift is captured here, a focus not on the scene itself, but on the feeling created by light, reflection, and movement.
This theme runs throughout Sarah’s work. She’s drawn to the beauty in the ordinary, in the mundane.
Perspective is everything.

It's a small thing...
You might not even notice it...
But, our flat whites are now being served in dedicated branded 6oz cups.
We've been working on these for months with our cup supplier, who hadn't previously done this size. And, we love the results!
This is the perfect size to hold that magic ratio of deliciously rich espresso topped up with microfoamed milk.
Prior to now, we've served FWs in 8oz cups but left a space at the top.
That was OK. But this is far better.
