Putting my twist on a classic South African favourite: Sunday seven colours. I’m using all of #SAsOGs for a meal that everyone will enjoy; @tasticricesa , @junglesouthafrica , @goldencloudsa , and @fattis_and_monis
To start, I made an indulgent pistachio cake using Golden Cloud Vanilla Cake Premix.
Then a special treat for my guests to take home as a gift when they leave; my Jungle Oats and Coconut Treats are my go-to. They are no bake and so satisfying to take for school or work.
Next on the menu is my One Pot Coconut, spiced rice that delivers on big flavour made with fluffy Tastic rice.
For a salad my Sardine Pasta salad made with Fatti’s and Moni’s is a winner, it’s colourful and filling.
