Since creating this show, I have had a handful of people ask me what it means to be sapphic-- to me, it is the "lesbian" version of how we use "gay" as an umbrella term. This show is meant to decenter men and celebrate the love and attraction women and nonbinary individuals feel for each other, along with the unique experiences and emotions that accompany that.
While everyone is welcome to the show, if you don't identify with the sapphic community in any meaningful way, please reflect on whether this event is for you (aka cishet men don't come to fetishize us).
