The first time I felt like a whole human being, in my most natural state of mind, spirit, and physical nature was right in the spring waters of Ethiopia.
I feel just like babygirl 🤎 #JOYFUL
Lalibela stole my heart. I cannot put it into words. I honestly can’t put anything into words since I’ve been here. It is evident God’s hand has molded this entire place, from the hills to the valleys.

Thank you sis @selamtayoga for all of the love that you’ve been showing me. You are such a warrior and defender of the Faith.
I came to Ethiopia with $500 in my left pocket and a pocket full of faith in my right. Just me and the Angels, not knowing anyone else. I made plans, and yet the Most High said “Nah, all of your movements are according to my plans”. The things that I’ve seen and heard are incredible, and what I have been told to tell is important.
Today I am a year older.
I’m so grateful, I’m so much more blessed, I’m so loved, I’m so hopeful. Let’s up praise the God of Israel together in celebration of another year of my life.

This is Mama Tia and Me in her home, in the Simeon Mountains. Here she’s teaching me how to make injera. (I asked her to show me so I can make it for my husband and children to come lol).

If there were words to describe how I feel, I would use them but there is almost none. The only thing I can say right now, in my tiredness, is my heart is FULL! I AM IN AFRICAAAAAAAA. May The God of Israel be PRAISED!
Here’s a little clip of my 19 hour travel to #Ethiopia. I’ll be capturing my month here to share with you all, in hopes to inspire you, Africans abroad, to come home.

Three things that make me happy to see on any set:
- Food/Snacks
- Good Water
- A Set Pet 🐶

Hands down, one of the most simple and joyful video sets I’ve worked on!
There’s nothing more satisfying to me, as a DP, than to hear someone else on set loving that beautiful shot you’re capturing; that’s fucking nice” 🔥

My nieces and nephews always bring a boost of delight to my days.
Kishon, always has something deep and real to talk to me about. Kyrie, normally hugs me up and tells me something sweet then he becomes the rudest in the bunch (as you can see 🤦♀️). Too-Cute defines her nickname. 🤎

This is the device that the enemy has used against #African people, The #Negro #Bible. Published by the #British in 1807, when slave trade was abolished by Parliament (effective by January 1st, 1808). So that meant no more slaves could be brought from Africa to the colonies in the British West Indies, but slaves could be transported from one colony to the other.
Also, this book was notedly published 3 years after the #Haitian #Revolution, and 58 years before the abolishment of slavery in #America. Hmph.
Manipulation and deceit at its finest. Giving slaves specifically selected passages from only 14 books.. just 14? Heights of wickedness reach and kept.
No mention of freedom, Moses, God’s rescue of #Israel over and over again, Kings, covenants, prophecy, and the renewal of the Kingdom. None. It mainly focuses on obedience and obeying of laws.
I’ve never seen anything more wicked than this bredda. This is where a lot of arguments are based, and I see why. Understanding comes with context, and if context isn’t present, then there will be confusion. Way too much information has been purposely burned and hidden from Black people. But one things for sure and two things for facts, what’s in the dark must come to light.
#Ethiopia has the oldest and most complete writings of the Word of the Elohim, and a deh suh the ark stay🤎
