"I Want To See The World", releases tomorrow on all streaming platforms! This EP is essentially part one of a two part EP. These songs were made during a transitional phase of my life, just about to finish university and live in both fear and excitement of what's about to come. "I Want To See The World" follows the exact theme of the title but in a much more complex and abstract manner. Not to travel the world, but to really see what's going on everywhere. A deeper inquisition about why things work the way they do. It's also a play on words personally since I was away from family, practically on the other side of the world. So to meet them would also require me to "see" the world during my journey.
The second EP is a continuation of these songs but takes a different approach and transitions into a different theme. I love making EP/Albums with a set theme around them and have it be open to interpretation. That's the beauty of art at its simplest.

Alhamdulillah, I can't believe I've gotten to this far. 50,000 monthly listeners is INSANE. As of right now, I think I'm the only (pls correct me if I'm wrong) Pakistani chillsynth artist and it's so cool to essentially be a representative for the country and culture in a niche genre.
I made this project 4 years ago as a hobby and there was a part of me, who loved music, that wanted to be an artist. Somewhere I could search my name and be like "look that's meee!"
The first few years legit consisted of me streaming my DAW on discord VC with friends who listened to every terrible demo I had. Also, my family has always been so supportive of any music endeavors. Without their support at the start, I might have just stopped releasing music.
Once I found the chillsynth server, everything changed for the better. I met the most welcoming and helpful people I've seen in music and because of them I've taken my music to levels I didn't think I ever could.
Thank you to everyone who's supported me; whether it be emotionally, mentally or just listening to my music. And again, most importantly, Alhamdulillah because without Allah nothing is possible.

As you all know, Kepler comes tomorrow, but this post isn't meant to just remind you again. It's to share my own thoughts about the album process.
This is my third run at trying to make a full fledged album and I can think I've finally done it. Some of the songs in this album started from September 2023, so it's taken QUITE a long time for everything to come together. 2024 was a really tough year for me and working on the album was a huge form of escapism. Sleepless nights, internal fights; I almost gave up on this album in the middle of last year but I'm glad I pushed through. The process taught me more about myself than it taught me about music and that's really saying something. While the album has a thematic play on outer space travel, the ideas & emotions can be transferred to any other personal journey you have, similar to Kepler encompassing my whole chillsynth journey till now.
I really hope you all enjoy "Kepler". It's wild to even think that I have fans out there who regularly listen to my music or are waiting for my music to be released. To all of you reading and supporting me, thank you so much for being part of this journey with me.
And to those who got this far, make sure to listen to the last song of the album, "Tachyon". The outro of this album will not disappoint you.
