Minwha Spirits is an Asian American-owned, grain-to-glass craft soju distillery whose story starts a generation ago in a small village on an island off the coast of South Korea. It was on that sleepy farmland that James' uncle made makgeolli in a makeshift brewery connected to the family home, honing his techniques and recipes over many years without modern tools or machinery — old world makgeolli in its truest form. They also recently earned Best in Class for Soju at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, so come try some for yourself!
Swing by to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, and enjoy some fun drinks and comfort bar food while admiring Andrew Bloom's wall art.
Film Screening + Director Talk: A Chip Odyssey
Join us for a special screening of A Chip Odyssey, a compelling documentary exploring Taiwan’s world-leading semiconductor industry and its global impact.
This event is co-hosted by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Atlanta, Fulton County Government, Fulton County Library System, the Overseas Community Affairs Center, Monte Jade Science and Technology Association Southeast, and the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of Atlanta.
