* wind, sun, rain, snow, heat, cold - daily applied into skin. Get out.
* Wash your eyes with non linear, natural shapes: clouds, plants, mountains, stars, lakes, oceans and seas. Beware of chronic linear scenery as such linearity will invade you!
* Focus on what you don’t know vs what you do. More bang for your buck there...
* Focus on what you can’t do rather than what you can. To be ‘good’ at something is totally over rated, folks.
* Practice - center point of living. Living is for practicing, living IS practicing, discovering. Even if you try to ‘just live’ you won’t be able to stop these processes from naturally unfolding so... align and get good at it!
* Surround yourself with real people, real friends, real partners. Beware of the virtual kind, they cost a lot... beating heart, a pulse - pre requisite. A dog is better than a ‘friend’ on zoom...
* The less time you can spend as a “dead soul inching along the freeway in your metal coffin” (Point break) the better. Walk, bike, skate, run, loco-mote. Manipulate your life in a way that minimizes ‘box time’ (cars, rooms, etc) aka ‘cage time’ and maximizes motion
* My life mostly looks like a teenage summer adventure movie, because I chose that - daily... (A hybrid between ‘Stand By Me’ and ‘Goonies’...)
* Make sure to move daily every part of your anatomy, being strategic and comprehensive. Water that stands still go stale, same for bodies!
* Always push forward for discovery but never attach yourself to results, success, failure. Like a good researcher in any field - you can’t do proper work if you try to manipulate the results
* Stillness, calmness and concentration are very important skills that hold back most of the things you’re interested in. Never assume these attributes are set or finalized. They should be cultivated - daily.

Soul purpose.
"Would you simplify a miracle to one purpose or focused purpose ? I saw a post this morning asking people about their soul purpose. I contemplated how this very question can be paralysing and is to so many who buy into the belief of a soul purpose, this very limited perspective of purpose. This perspective of one soul purpose is what causes so many to miss out on life in the present and fixate on "not being enough " or of lacking something and being obsessed with becoming. This question nullifies something much more beautiful, it is a very cleverly laid trap ( by mind) that many find themselves in as well as a very great catch to actualize the market and business of self development. Many people carry on with this in an aim to lead others but have not woken to the fact that they are asleep to this very life paralyzing thought of having "not found their purpose" , or they may have identified so much with their leadership role and one purpose, they loose sight of their own greatness.
How can one simplify the purpose of being you to one singular life purpose? Is not being a miracle of life so unique as your self, enough?
Purpose is a river it lives alive as truth in every person in every moment , this truth will lead you at times to great things, at times to what no one will see or simple and humble, and yet its simple act of presence may lead to great harmony as it contributes to the workings of the unseen.
I would love to see the narratives around soul purpose such as this simplistic and misleading question dissapear. Purpose may live in a simple conversation, in the way you notice something, in two lines of poetry , a power ballad or a sweep of a floor. The greatest purpose anyone can live is to BE, you need do nothing for it you are a living miracle,so rich with purpose from the moment you came into this world."
