About time I added an update to ze grid
Weighed in at 183lb / 83kg this morn, appetite not super high atm, rate of gain is slow but that was the plan.
6/7lb off my heaviest ever bw (where i was a bit of a chonker), so not being a chonk rn is a positive sign.
Not tracking food, steps or bw, just living like a 'normal' person and its lovely.
Training 5 days a week, program is still:
UPPER
LEGS
REST
PUSH
PULL
DELTS ARMS
REST
Lifts are still being tracked. More Pull PRs than Push PRs atm but I guess there has to be a ceiling at some point. Plus I dont need bigger jugs.
Working on Deadlift 1RM each week, just for fun. 217.5kg last night from the floor. It ain't much but its a fun goal to aim for each Friday.

Been a while since I updated the grid so here we are.
W: 181lb / 82.1kg
Not tracking food, nor weighing myself. Eating a tonne of protein (im sure youve seen the steak stories..!) and just enjoying training.
If im hungry, i eat more, if im not, I dont. Keeping it simple and loving it.
I eat healthy 95% of it the time (apart from the odd cream egg ๐คค) so I've never had issues with things getting out of control.
This is true off season vibes for me, structure without rigidity, progression without obsession.
Training is flying, weekly PRs and setting goals for myself as we go. Sleep is king and mental health is imperative.
In a great place and grateful for each day.
Each to their own, but this is my style and it works for me.

Where do we even begin with this one, boys and girlsโฆ
Me and Tam have been working together since the very start of 2022, and from day 1 it has been an absolute dream. Heโs the perfect athlete, the perfect client. High standards, relentless work ethic, and expectations of himself that force me to level up every single week as a coach ๐ค
This year, I truly believe we reached the elite level of the natural world with what we brought to the stage. The bar has officially been raised for every athlete moving forward.
We approached prep differently this time around: extended the timeline by around 10 weeks, slowed the weekly rate of loss, and prioritised holding onto as much muscle as humanly possible.
The result? The photos above show a 25lb difference in identical lighting and conditions (looks more like 40lbs to me ๐ ). Season-by-season comparisons coming soonโฆ letโs just say they donโt look very natty ๐ซฃ
This physique, this journey, this body of work itโll go down as one of my proudest achievements and one of the greatest honours Iโve had as a coach.
