I love food and this made me to start baking 😂. While in the university, I usually go online to learn how to bake and I was patronised by my family, friends and people around. During the COVID 19 outbreak in 2020,I was privileged to attend a beginner baking class @elroyalithoscateringinstitute where I was taught the basic baking techniques, tools and ingredients needed to make delicious cakes 😋. This changed my perception about baking and I decided to start practicing what I've been taught. Up until this moment,I bake from home,with this grant, I'll be able to get a stand mixer so as to make Large quantity of pastries and cake with ease. Also, I've had several online trainings,of recent I learnt how to make cake boxes and cake boards. With the grant I'll be able to get raw materials to start making my personal cake boxes and cake boards and as well sell to other cake vendors. IT IS SHOCKING TO KNOW THAT “ I ALMOST TURNED THIS DOWN” Last week Friday, A client turned sister reached out to me and told me about this event, my spirit was like “ no o. I said ehhhh, if I slap that your mouth now. That was how I replied her and instantly the TVC event was fixed. I was like I won’t tell anyone o, because I know how I’ve lost good contracts because I told people about it. Even my family didn’t know until last night. I was shaking even when I was preparing for this meeting. I have never imagined a day would come where I would be in TELEVISION. Every day, I remember the promise I once made to my late father.
