Oh, just bae enjoying the final round of her 100% human hair boho braids ✨ 7+ weeks in and they’re still looking this good—the hair is really holding up. We used 4–5 bundles of Loose Deep Wave Feather Crochet Hair… and yes, NO synthetic hair. For maintenance, the human hair was removed during takedown, then prepped, shampooed with high-quality products, dried under the dryer, and reinstalled. Wash Day : My 6 Weeks+ 100% human hair boho braids ✨ Before shampooing, make sure the hair is manageable and fully detangled. That step makes everything easier and helps prevent unnecessary shedding. When washing, focus on the scalp—this is where buildup lives. Keep it gentle and let the suds run down the length of the braids instead of roughing them up. Follow up with conditioner to soften the hair, then rinse thoroughly. After that, keep products minimal so the hair doesn’t feel weighed down. For my routine, I use Cecrèd Restore Drops, a little Nairobi foam to set the curls, and finish with Cecrèd oil to lock in moisture. Even when wet- doesn't feel heavy or pulling at the roots.
