Mental Health Awarness🥹👾⬇️ 1. When they go quiet, they’re not shutting you out their nervous system just hit its limit, silence is often regulation, not rejection. 2. They feel everything at about ten times the volume love, criticism, excitement, a change of plan - it’s not dramatic, it’s just how her system is wired. 3. When they pull away after a big day, it’s not about you. They’ve been holding themselves together for hours and need to chill down somewhere safe - that somewhere is usually alone. 4. They will notice everything about you - the shift in your tone, the tension in your shoulders, the thing you didn’t say, this is the same know system that makes them deeply loving - you cant have one without the other. 5. Criticism lands harder than you think, not because their weak but because their nervous system reads it as a threat before the brain has finished processing the words - it’s not a character flaw, it’s biology. 6. They might need to move to think, fidget to listen, stim to stay regulated, listen to music, rant abit to you - it’s not disrespect, it’s their brain keeping itself online. 7. When their overwhelmed, logic won’t reach them, even though their normally the most logical ones- you can’t talk someone down from a nervous system response. What works is your tone, your stillness, your presence. Like pouring cool water on something that’s been too hot. 8. They don’t need fixing. They need a nervous system that finally feels safe enough to rest, & more than anything, they need to know you’re not going anywhere while they continue this journey of life. 💬send this to your partner/ or even a friend or someone, if they’ve ever tried to understand you and not quite had the words❤️❤️‍🩹 #neurodivergent #mentalhealthawarenessweek #nervoussystemhealing #adhdwomen #burnoutrecovery

Some women grew up, being told they we were… Too loud. Too emotional. Too intense. Too different. But maybe we were never “too much”. Maybe the world just wasn’t ready for women who feel deeply and think differently. Maybe the world just needed to grow for our superpowers! Happy International Women’s Day, to every woman learning to take up space, you deserve it all! Tag a WOMAN who inspires you or drop a HEART for her💛 #internationalwomensday #womensupportingwomen #neurodivergentwomen #adhdawareness

It’s #childrensmentalhealthweek + what better way to nearly finish it off by showcasing the amazing creative humans at one of my art clubs, where expression, self awareness, kindness and creativity all come hand in hand… and I said to the children at the sessions I will showcase them, because I’m super proud of their talent, courage and love for themselves, & each-other! And this session was on self love so, what better day than to showcase it on Valentines Day 💘 And let’s remember, Children’s mental health isn’t a “rare” issue — it’s real and it’s rising. Right now in the UK, 1 in 5 children has a probable mental health disorder. This is why we teach self-care. This is why we create safe spaces. This is why we use creativity & confidence. This is why these conversations matter, together. Our children deserve support, skills, and to know they’re not alone. 💛 #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek #KidsWellbeing #mentalhealthmatters #creativewellbeing
