After Arsenal’s FA cup victory against Wigan last week, @cecil_jee headed down to deliver the Talent Transfer workshop to their U18s! 💪
The lads were a really good bunch who had great banter and engaged really well, whilst also sitting at the top of their division 👀

On Thursday, @cecil_jee delivered the Talent Transfer workshop to the second years at Millwall before heading to the Brentford vs Arsenal match! 📈
Milwall actually is the home of Talent Transfer when Cecil was 21 years old, it was one of the first clubs he delivered to! The boys engaged extremely well and asked lots of interesting questions! 🔥

It was a large group who were all listened and engages extremely well, taking on the key messages that we deliver in our workshops! 🤩
It was a special workshop because we had Ryan from the @lfeonline witness and watch the delivery, which was also received very well! 🔥

Last week, Talent Transfer visited Wycombe Wanderers, the first professional footballers club of 2026. A club new to cat 4 but have an incredible set up with great facilities! 🔥
The lads at Wycombe Wanderers had loads of character and engaged extremely well with the workshop! 👏 Plenty laughs throughout and some important 1-to-1 conversations.
The best part was seeing my old teammate and player Helgz 'Mr No Entry!' ⚽️🤝🏾
