@tajchander Taj Chander is a composer, musician, and poet known for immersive ambient performances that merge mantra, repetition, and electro-acoustic composition. Moving between New Age devotional atmosphere and restrained house propulsion, his music unfolds through sustained tonal textures which slowly gather force and dissolve into open air, shaped by classical training and long-term study of yogic sound practices.
His 2024 album 'Stellium' was released on Thisco Records. His work has been presented at The New York City Independent Film Festival, The Tagore Film Festival in India, and Ecos Urbanos Sound and Transmedia Festival in Mexico City. He is the founder of 'Celestial Sound Bath' in Memphis, where he leads immersive sound and meditation experiences. He also serves as a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Reiki facilitator, integrating poetry, mantra, and electronic composition into a contemporary healing practice. His music is available on Bandcamp and streaming platforms.

The Memphis Concrète Scrap Metal Orchestra is an elite unit of cyborgs sent to us from the year 2070. Their purpose is unclear, their intentions are unknown. Upon arrival in our current timeline, they contacted the authorities at the Memphis Concrète Electronic Music Festival demanding a cache of inert matter: petrochemical oil, clothing, and metal. Their only other demand was a platform to deliver a message. At the end of May, this message will be delivered to the Memphis Concrète Experimental Electronic Music Festival in the Crosstown Arts Green Room. Whether this is a message of peace, hope, or something more sinister...only time will tell. The one thing for certain is they are not going back.
