Our #Hospitality students smashed their final Bar Service assessment last week, creating re-invented versions of the Espresso Martini, Old Fashion, Margaritas and Brandy Alexander.
Using their knowledge of cocktails, they took an original recipe and put their own twist on it, employing new methods of preparation and adding in new flavours.
