Carlota de Naranja Recipe
This no bake dessert is the perfect ice box cake to take a moment of calm for yourself paired with calming Chamomile Citrus Tea from my friends @tadinteas . It’s served cold and it’s delightful on a golden summer afternoon. Here’s what you need to make it:
Orange Carlota Recipe
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 package gelatin, no flavor
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup lime juice (blend all ingredients first, before adding lime juice- blend again while adding it)
2 packages vanilla, flat, cookies
Orange Carlota Garnish
1 blood orange, sliced
1 mandarin, sliced
Chamomile Citrus Iced Tea
8 @tadinteas chamomile citrus 🍊 🍋🟩 tea bags
8oz water
3oz Piloncillo
1/2 orange, juice
Few droplets of orange bitters
Orange slices
Carlota notes: after assembling g layers of cookie + mixture, place in the freezer over night. Before serving, thaw for around 20 minutes. *it can be frozen with garnish on!

how to make:
steep 2 Tadin Passion Flower Tea bags in hot water (5–10 min)
add ice + tea + pineapple juice
stir, then add pineapple chunks op with ginger beer + a squeeze of lime
garnish with pineapple leaves + lime slice
sip, reset, repeat 🌿✨
