A lil food dump of all the amazing moments I’ve been so lucky to cater for the past month! So thankful to have met and worked with so many amazing people! What went from being a very scary and nerve wracking to utterly addictive and exciting! Having confidence in yourself, pushing through self doubt and surrounding yourself with incredibly supportive people is priceless.

Whilst we're not on board with the #octopuskebab trend in London, we do think there is a place for Octopus at the table on rare, special occasions.
As meat eaters, we try to live a balanced life. That's why chargrilled octopus on a hot corn tortiilla, with a genteel touch of onion and spring onion works wonders when we need a little pat on the back.

Cochinita pibil on a purple corn tortilla - it's messy to eat, but all the best food is. Served with pickled red onions for some tangy crunch and habanero salsa for a fairly soft punch. Not our spiciest, but definitely one to leave a lasting impression.

It's cob season - we fry, we roll, we bite.
Sweetcorn is the perfect vessel for a creamy, nutty peruvian aji amarillo salsa. Covered in crumbled feta and topped with crunchy corn it becomes that perfect bite of sweet and salty.
It's not the cleanest thing to eat, but who cares? When corn on the cob tastes this good, it's worth getting a little messy for.
