My princess came home for the weekend and surprised the heck out of me. It was so sweet of her and it was a fabulous weekend.
I love you so much Julia and your visit this weekend was the best way to uplift my spirits. Best Seth's Session ever.
Super Bowl was fun with this crew. So happy Seattle won and was very pleased with the Bad Bunny and Green Day performances. Overall a great evening.

I had a small procedure done yesterday and thankfully all went well but this post isn't about that. It's about my amazing wife Emily, who is more than a partner, a parent, and a soul mate. I could never imagine this life without her and the way she takes care of me and my cancer diagnosis is second to none. I love you Emily and I'm thankful for you every minute of every day.
So great to see my lifelong friend Scott today. We had an awesome lunch, and shared lots of memories. It's great to have times like these to.releive stress and have lots of smiles. Thank you Scott.
As many of you know, I have been on an oxygen tube since September. Cancer and pneumonia caused some significant breathing issues. I'm happy to report that I have slowly and safely gotten myself off the need for oxygen. It feels great to get stronger and still be safe.
As I have gone though this process, I have seen so many people using oxygen. The following are some images from TV, from Insta, from Tik Tok, and more.
It's so important that we all notice, recognize, and respect when people are dealing with oxygen or other disabilities. Give those people respect, more time, and any help that you can give.

Way late in posting this but a few weeks ago my fam (Em & Sam) and friends (Marty, Mike, Dave, John) somehow got me a very special private tour of Yankee Stadium. We were on the field, in the dugout, locker room, and more. We held a Babe Ruth bat and World Series rings. Truly a special day that I will cherish forever.
Today was the 3rd Warrior Walk and it was truly the best one yet. We had a tremendous crowd, so much love everywhere, and beautiful weather. To those that joined us, thank you. To those that couldn't come, did virtual walks, supported us in other ways, you were still a big part of today, and I thank you.
Cancer is awful. No one should have to go through what I'm going through. Be sure to get screened. Protect yourself.
