Introducing @dillon.dior ~ weâve been lucky enough to have Dylan as a guest somm for the past two events and we are so happy to have him back again for Vol. 3.
Dillon Dior is a street sommelier, wine-culture writer, content creator and flat out wine lover who is set on sharing the best bottles with the best people. In 2023, Dylan founded @slurpwineclub which was created from the idea that good wine can be shared and talked about by everyone; not just a tasting note passed around by professionals with gold medals and strange words. Dylan believes sharing wine should feel like sitting on the lounge with your best friend and chatting freely.

And on a personal note from Ellen: I have known Dylan for many years after growing up in the same hometown and meeting around the year 2009. After working with Dylan on the past two Tables for 10 events, Iâve seen first hand that dylan provides an inviting wine service that makes you feel comfortable and opens you to actually learning about wine. To those attending tomorrow, we canât wait for you to experience him in action. đˇ
For Vol. 3, the wonderful chef Diana aka @FrozenCola will be serving up a beautiful 3-course shared menu of seasonal, modern Chinese food. Diana grew up in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan in a Taiwanese / German family so naturally her food reflects that mixed cultural identity.

On a personal note, Diana and Ellen worked years ago in the same restaurant. Itâs a full circle and beautiful moment to be able to come together in this way along side Dylan and Hilary to bring to you Table for 10, Vol.3. Diana thank you for your hard work, your love for food and fun personality ~ itâs a joy to be working together! Weâre blessed to have you! Everyone please get around @frozencola !
Table for 10, a meeting place. To have an in-the-moment connection or a continuing connection with no pressure around it. For the people here, thank you for getting it! You just understand it, what we are doing. Hereâs a little about us through some questions. Two friends doing dinners together for the love of hospitality, details, flavourful food and thoughtful pairings.

Vol. 3, sold outtttt! We feel extremely grateful that you trust us with your time and weâre excited to give you an evening youâll always remember. We are changing it up on a few levels this time, first off - space⌠weâre dining at @rose_st_pantry , transforming it into a getaway in the heart of Fitzroy but keeping the organic essence that Meridith has created there. And secondly, weâre doing two tables for 10 side by side each other other. With Diana and Hil cooking up a storm, Dyl on wine and Ellen & Em serving front of house youâre in for a good time.
