We take change as a sign of growth, and we are constantly adapting to our surroundings and the needs of the people who come through our doors. Starting 13 April 2026, we will be opening our doors DAILY for dinner service (5.30PM onwards) to better serve our community. Lunch hours remain the same on Friday-Sunday as we fold Monday into the mix for dinner. Staying open every day as a restaurant is no easy feat, but we believe that our incredible team are well equipped to take on this challenge and rise to the occasion. Exciting times are ahead – book a table with us and we’ll see you real soon!

MOTHER’S DAY SPECIAL: BURNT HONEY TART Last but certainly not least... our Burnt Honey Tart features a delicate, buttery crust filled with a luscious honey custard, gently caramelised for that deep, toasty finish. MOTHER’S DAY SPECIALS: RADISH & CALAMARI STEW Enjoy a comforting bowl of Radish & Calamari Stew, gently simmered in a rich clam broth with white wine, 3 types of radishes, guanciale, colourful vegetables and garnished with fresh green herbs. MOTHER’S DAY SPECIALS: SEARED DUCK CONFIT LEG This Mother’s Day, we’ve put together a menu that feels like a quiet kind of celebration – warm, generous, and full of care. Our Seared Duck Confit Leg is beautifully slow-cooked, then crisped to golden perfection. Served with buttery mashed potatoes, a deeply rich duck jus, and caramelised figs glazed in balsamic for that hint of sweetness. Team Retreats have always been a longstanding tradition at Table & Apron. What better way to reset & prepare ourselves to provide the best service as we possibly can? This year, we decided to head up to Janda Baik, Pahang for a weekend of cool weather, fun activities, & (of course) lots of good food. Our friends at @alittlefarmonthehill also welcomed us in their lovely farm for a deep dive into their farming ethos - heart, hands, and time 💛 Here’s a few snippets of what we were up to - hope you all enjoy :)

WEEKEND SPECIALS: DUCK CONFIT CROQUETTES Next up for our weekend specials, we have crispy Croquettes - duck confit ones at that, with some duck fat and thyme to go with mash potato inside, then fried till golden brown. Served on a layer of mustard aioli then finished off with a generous grating of grana padano and cracked black pepper. Truly one for the books! WEEKEND SPECIALS: CEVICHE Dive into this bowl of firm, but not too fatty Seabass that has been dry-aged, marinated, then tossed with aromatics and chilis. Our flavourful marinade comprises of calamansi & lime juice, sweetened only slightly with gula Melaka. This Ceviche is served with crunchy Papadam to add some crunch and texture to the dish!
