Divine era 💫
The past few months have been divine. Everything feels intentional and connected, from the people I meet to the environments I find myself in. The amazing photographer behind these photos, @laalaanokes is someone who inspires me greatly. Her skill and creativity combined with her kind heart is unmatched. Art was truly made.🤍

Last summer I had the opportunity to film two episodes of Roundtable with @four8stories and got the chance to speak openly and deeply about the thing I’m most passionate about. The thing that lives rent free in my heart, yet also sits in my deepest layer… my faith 🥹
Being able to share it in this space felt both special and stretching, and it taught me more than I expected. If you’re curious, I’d definitely recommend giving the episodes a watch once they’re out! 💛
2025 hair wrapped 🤍
My hair goal this year was to try new styles and be creative with my braids. 2026 is all about my natural hair. Its health, its strength, and actually embracing and loving it properly 🥹

ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! 💫
You know how those standard jumbo braids start looking fuzzy after a few days because so much of your natural hair is exposed? 👀
Well, not here 💅🏽✨

I wore my natural hair up without a ponytail/extensions for the first time in a long time! You probably didn’t notice the difference in the pics…or did you??😂
Either way, it made me think about how with or without the hair, who I am doesn’t change. My soul doesn’t waver based on what’s added or taken away.
As much as I love to and WILL continue to explore with my hair (I’m even getting my braids done as we speak lol), I want to always remember to leave space in between styles to embrace my natural hair (even though she’s short – she’s cute & she will grow soon OK, wait on her!! Hahah).
I also want to always remember that my value can never be in anything external because my value is and can only ever be in God for He is the author of my existence. (And btw, whatever we put our value in is what we will eventually seek to validate us, and nothing/no one should validate us more than God 🤏🏽).
No matter how hard the world tries to wire our minds to believe otherwise, I pray we always remember that our value is not an external perception measured by a worldly standard. I pray we can unlearn all the lies and return to truth.🤍
So if you don’t see me rocking my natural hair every now and then, feel free to hold ya sis accountable xx
