5 Days Out! 🚨 Don’t let a simple rule change cost you a lift at the TAAP Qualifier 1.
The 2026 IPF Rulebook is here, and we want everyone to get 3 white lights! ⚪️⚪️⚪️ Here are the “Need-to-Knows” before Saturday:
SQUAT: Your thumb doesn’t have to wrap around, but it MUST touch the bar. No “floating” thumbs! Also, exit the rack from the back or sides only.
BENCH PRESS: Thumb MUST wrap around the bar (Full Grip). No “suicide grip” allowed. Also—keep your chest still! No “popping” or “shoving” the bar off your ribs.
DEADLIFT: Shoulders must be behind the bar at the top. When you’re done, walk AROUND the bar. Never step over it!
GEAR: Good news—you can now have a friend help you pull up your knee sleeves! 🤝 But remember: tie your hair up, tuck your jewelry in, and make sure your shoes are tied tight.
Stay focused, stay legal. See you on the platform this Saturday, 16th May 2026!
