Life is insane, and I love it!!
I met Ieva in Barcelona in 2015 at dance college, where we were in the same class for 3 years. In 2019, on my first contract in Dubai I met CC, we were in the same cast and even ended up living together for a while. Both of them were such huge parts of my life in Barcelona/Dubai. From the start to the end of my time in each city, and for all the years since, they’ve stayed two of my closest friends. November 2022, I was living in Japan, CC was back in Mumbai, and Ieva had moved out to India for a bollywood contract. On her Ieva’s very first day of rehearsals, she sends me a voicenote (see last slide) saying she’s on a job and thinks I know the assistant choreographer… Within weeks, my girls became such close friends themselves, and ended up moving in together too. Now exactly 3 years later, November 2025 and I get flown out to Mumbai for a show and get the chance to be reunited with my sisters…two people I met in completely different chapters of my life, in different corners of the world, who somehow found each other too. The way life connects the dots sometimes is absolutely mad but wow it’s just the best feeling ever!! 🤍
