We at the Poster Project love movies. And we especially love watching them in theatres. And if they are lovely, historic theatres that also serve as performing arts venues, all the better! Eastwood's legendary Palace Theatre is all of this and more. One of our brand new posters prominently features the Palace, and it put us in mind of this great poster from 2019. We are grateful to Adam Ast of the Palace for agreeing to pose for a picture.
This was poet Erin Stepowany's second of two posters, and the only one from artist Jamie Ashlaw, who cleverly incorporated actual Syracuse entertainment figures into his design. Check out his work at jamiashlawart.com.
