Removed the taillights out of this sad rusty 76 280z that is in our Zcar collection, (Yes, that's moss growing in the fabric of carpet). The trim was busted on my 260z so took these and cleaned, sanded, primered, and painted the trim for my use in my car.

The 260Z is starting to come together...I decided to start at the back and work my may forward with the assembly. Installed some reproduction early 240Z bumper in rear, (front will be the same), new fuel neck, and installed the 76 280Z fuel tank and fuel pump assembly. I also reinstalled the ID plates pn both the b pillar as well as dashboard assembly.
Note: new hose clamps are ordered, gitting rid of those rusty looking ones.

This is a video I shot a few weeks ago and thought I would share. I have owned this Korg Radias since new, (some of you may remember it from my early YouTube days) and it is still one of my favorite analog modeling synths Korg ever produced.
It was based on the sound engine of the Oasis but sort of built in the format of the MS-2000.
This was a 4 timber synth with more features than I can write in this description.
I have owned many synths over the years but this is one that will always stick with me.
What you are hearing in this clip is a two timber setup with a PCM sample on the first with a slow arpeggiation. The second timber features a Mod Sequence and parallel filter arrangement, (Low Pass and comb combination) I sweep the comb filter while the Mod Seq plays a pitch of OSC 2.
I then shut off Mod Seq and set the filter back to single arrangement and bring OSC 2 back in to the mix. I add some portamento and just have some fun.

The reassembly of my 260Z is under way! I pulled the rear harness from my 76 280z 2+2, (the soul of the 280Z is going into my 260z), i have installed most of the rubber pieces for the body, and installing fuel and brake rails tonight. Can't wait to drive this car. I also stuck a emblem on the quarter and spent way too long lookjng at it, lol.

My early 74 260Z came home today after all the bodywork and paint SUPER EXCITED!!!

Signs Of Life in this 1972 240Z! This was from last friday. I filled cylinders with Marvel Mystery Oil to let rings soak for a while, installed replacment starter, cleaned points, replaced ignition coil, and gave her a little gas. She's a runner! Next step is clean the fuel system, rebuild the weber carbs, and then it's on to brakes/tires.

Dad and I met Matt over at @cbautoinnovations on saturday and we installed the suspension and wheels back under my early 74 260Z. This was roughly a 3 hour job but awesome to see this car roll around again on its own wheels. Special thanks to Dad and Matt both for helping make my dream become a reality....seriously couldn't do this without you two!

Just finished giving this little Sequential Circuits Pro One a full service and it now plays great. I also decided to put some run time on one of my old Roland SH-201s. The 201 is special because it was my first synthesizer, (the days when I dreamed of Polymoogs and Minimoogs, lol)

Decisions were made...good or bad are yet to be determined. Either way, another #datsun #240z was brought in today along with a couple other heaps of engines, transmissions, and suspension parts. Thanks again @bittermanbobby for all the headache! 😅 When all the smoke clears here @CBAI , we'll get all of these parts organized and cleaned up to sell @BAMAZ Parts and we plan to serve the #zcar #community as well as we're able to in order to keep them #alive 🏁
