Dry Hopped Saison - 7.3% ABV
Back when Synth Beer Co. was but a meer twinkle in Mix + Match’s eyes, Mitch was an avid homebrewer.
At the time, his favorite beer to brew was a saison, which he made many times over the years.
We start with floor malted grain for subtle malt character, orange blossom honey for a citrusy light body, ferment with Belgian yeast for a little spice, and wrap her all up with a tiny dryhop of Hallertau Blanc for delicate notes of white wine. This is all accentuated by spritzy carbonation and a tight white head that lasts for days thanks to keg and can conditioning!
12 years after originally brewing it in the backyard, we’re finally sending this little dream out into the world. It’s a surreal full-circle moment. Thank you for being here for it!

To honor our sweet mom’s we’ve crafted something sweet of our own! This sparkling lemonade hard seltzer is infused with lots of rose and even more love.
Does this repay the massive debt that we owe our mamas? Not even friggin close. But, it's a start!

She Said Yes - DDH Hazy IPA - 6.7% ABV
Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to dedicate this beer to our brewer Sean and his now fiance Rae.
Last year, Sean joined the SBC brew team as our first back of house employee. He quickly went from a first time cellarperson to a full-fledged brewer!
Not only has he grown in the brewery but he’s grown in love too! He’s asked Rae, the love of his life, to be his wife and SHE SAID YES!
To celebrate their love we’ve handed him the reins on this DDH Hazy IPA! He loaded it up with Citra, Mosaic, Riwaka, Southern Cross Hop Kief, and Maui Nelson Hop Kief. So next time you see Sean working hard in the brewery, tell him congrats!

School of Fish - West Coast IPA 6.6%
Long before Synth Beer Company called Randolph Street home, two friends would meet in this very building. One was a brewer named Kevin, and the other was a chef-turned beertender named Curtis. The pair would go on to create a partnership built upon the foundation of lacey smash burgers, and they would dub it Hammer Burger.
And so when we came together to make a collaboration in beer and burgers, we thought it only fitting to recreate a west coast IPA once made right here before Synth Beer Co or Hammer Burger were ever conceived.
School of Fish is made with the holy trinity of hops: Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic. It’s been ever so slightly Synthified and tweaked while staying true to the original. We had a ton of fun making this beer with our long-time friends, and we hope you enjoy revising this classic!

As it warms up, we figured we’d make something tropi-coooool. Our latest cocktail inspired seltzer is our take on a bikini martini. What’s a bikini martini you ask? Well it’s a delicious cocktail with coconut, pineapple, and grenadine and we totally didn’t learn about by googling “fruity martinis”. As if that wasn’t fun enough, we garnish it with a toasted coconut marshmallow!
Get it as a hard seltzer or a mocktail. We make it both ways!

Well, this beer is dedicated to the friends who not only truly mean it, but somehow find time to actually make it happen. You know that even though you’re saying goodbye there’s a comfort in the inevitable fact that you know you’ll see each other soon. And so, we’ve dubbed it: The Reliable Next Hang.
We carefully crafted this West Coast IPA with Nectaron, Simcoe, Motueka, and Riwaka Hop Kief. We get notes of pomelo, dried pineapple, white grape juice, and “fresh spring garden” vibes.

Join us every Tuesday at 6:30 PM for HOKA Run Club as we take flight around the neighborhood. A 1.5 mile loop that’s open to all paces, run one lap or keep it rolling for as many loops as you like!
Then head back to the brewery for Tacos Tenoch, cold beer, and a well-earned hang.
