Romantic whimsy in full bloom for our content creation shoot at the stunning @swantonmorleyhouse ! Penny and I had a loose vision but honestly we let the landscape lead us - how could we not? Swanton Morley House is famed for its breathtaking 100 year old Rhododendrons, Camellias and Cherry Blossom tree, so it felt only right to honour them through our floral display. Penny’s @synchedevents draped backdrop brought the dreamiest contrast to our garden setup, with baskets overflowing with seasonal blooms. One of those perfect little moments as we were styling, cherry blossom petals drifted down around the baskets and without even needing to say it, we both agreed - leave them. It was too beautiful, too natural not to. A huge shoutout to Alicia @auroragreyphoto for capturing everything so perfectly, she completely understood the whimsical, romantic feel we were aiming for and her gallery absolutely blew us away! A moment for the signage - All hand lettered onto fabric ✍🏻✨ Each place card lettered first in pencil as it was a font I was re-creating and not my usual lettering, and making sure the continuity was the with each stroke.
