Here we have a car set of replacement headlight lenses for a Porsche 959 rep. This work was undertaken for @cornerstone_classic_cars and the end customer being @nigelbennofficial
We were given some tired UV damaged/yellowed lenses. Those lenses were 3D scanned and reverse engineered to achieve CAD data that was defect free and ready to be CNC machined. They were machined from cast acrylic block and polished to a crystal clear finish.
They were lovely, the fresnel detail was crisp and on point.

Here we have a front centre console for a BMW M5 e39 2001. The finish is a brushed aluminium. This sympathetic restoration was carried out for @jmbmotorsportuk
Not all parts that we’ve been asked to replicate are decorative, some are hidden rubber grommets or simply machined ABS or PVC. Important components that do a job.

The working prototypes were made using a combination of CNC machined parts and 3D prints. All the CNC machined parts were done here in-house. Many of the aluminium parts had thin wall sections that made things interesting. Fine tolerances all over the product.
