Recently, I finally had the chance to join the Commercial Advanced Intensive of the amazing @doly.shmoly@mooveacademy
I could definitely have used one more day and one more time 🤭 - which is exactly what made this such a great experience. The amount of training, inspiration, pick-up, staying present, struggle and success moments was unreal 🔥. I love a good challenge 💪🏽
Went in scared, got out inspired 💜

Some time ago I created this choreo and I had the vision to shoot this in a special location. I was told:
• „It’s impossible to shoot that set up all by yourself“ - I did it anyways
• „It’s a waste of money to rent the entire location on your own“ - I did it anyways
• „It’s impossible to shoot in an entirely mirrored room“ - I did it anyways
Yet I never posted it, because in the end I felt my body was not in its best shape at that time 🤦🏽♀️
Now, after having found this randomly on my phone, I realised something much more important: It never was about perfection in the first place... It was about following my inner voice.
A false sense of perfection is that one thing that holds people back from doing things in the here and now. Just do it anyways.
