Don’t let self limitations hold you back - If you want to be more, you’re more than capable. You just need to allow yourself to believe in yourself. Once you can do that, you can do anything Same goes for training, you can push to new limits. To do that, you need to fuel correctly. Poor fuelling leads to less energy, increased speed of fatigue, muscle soreness, poor performance and risk of injury. Fuel correctly and your performance will flourish via readily available energy sources, the ability to push harder for longer and delay fatigue.
