When the hot water systems at Ashland Village in San Leandro reached the end of their useful life, @eden_housing Housing turned a routine upgrade into a forward-looking electrification project.
By retrofitting heat pump water heaters across the 142-unit apartment complex, contractors delivered a smooth installation process with little to no disruption for residents. Tenants are enjoying reliable hot water, a new modern amenity, and energy bill savings.
