All glory to God! Some of my thoughts after making my 3rd OLYMPIC TEAM! 🥹🥹 Forever indebted to my village and the people that got me here! ♥️
I’M GOING TO PARIS! 🇫🇷 Go TEAM USA! 🇺🇸
Today is the official launch of the #SimoneManuelFoundation 🎉✨ This foundation will aim to provide education and resources for BIPOC youth to create positive swim readiness experiences and increase water safety awareness in communities of color. This has been an incredibly fulfilling journey and I look forward to all of the wonderful work this foundation will accomplish now and in the future.

Swimming is my space, but it hasn't always felt safe. My love for the sport kept me in the water no matter the obstacles, pressures, or expectations that came my way.
It’s not easy to share this vulnerable part of my life, but I know that it is the right thing and the right time to share more of my journey with you - the trials, triumphs, and everything in between.
It has been a wild ride with highs and lows, excitement and harsh blows. I have resolve that all of these experiences will prepare me for the next chapter.
I’m back at the starting blocks!
Thank you to my support team (you know who you are). Couldn’t have done it without you 👀 And of course, huge shout out to my @togethxr family, doing what they do best, storytelling in authentic and powerful ways.

A decade of impact.
Ten years ago, Simone Manuel’s Olympic gold medal win changed the sport forever. Today, she continues to redefine what’s possible in our sport, on and off the podium.
As Team USA competes on the winter stage, we pause to honor a moment that changed history. Ten years ago, Simone Manuel became the first African American female swimmer to win an Olympic gold medal in swimming. We celebrate her legacy today and always as she continues to impact our sport.
