Tried out this new open water swim race format with @yendalanon and had the best freakinโ time. 100 % recommend trying it out!!!! They have another one coming up and youโd be silly not to try it out!!!
@swimknockoutph brings a new and exciting race format to the open water scene in our country.
With three rounds of 750m in an elimination setup, it demanded composure, repeatability, and the ability to recover and race well again.
Proud of all our athletes who stepped up and represented the team well. And proud to see our @powerswim.coaching community produce the fastest male (@kristoffermartin_ ) and fastest female (@ninsalazar ) performances on the day.
A strong result for the athletes, and a meaningful reflection of the work our community continues to put in together.
