Wow! It’s been a bit since I’ve been on here, but I’m back with some big news! I’ve got a kitchen up and running and am now taking custom cake and macaron orders. 😁
I have a website coming soon, but until then, if you have any questions or want more info, just contact me directly.
Contact info is in my bio.
So excited to get this going!
I am obviously not very good a posting on social media. 🤦🏽♀️
But I will finish what I started. 😁
These are the August/September macarons from last year.
Balsamic Caramel with Strawberry
Sounds weird, I know. But they were soooo good!!
And here is the finished product. 😁
This was sooo much fun to put together, and I was so glad that everything worked out.
I think I am most proud of the shelf mushrooms. ☺️
Crème Brûlée Macarons.
A vanilla bean buttercream with a vanilla custard filling.
And you can’t have Crème Brûlée without the torches sugar on top. 😁
These turned out so great and were very delicious! 😋
April’s macarons are Mojito flavored.
A lime curd filling with and mint Swiss Meringue buttercream.
These were so good! I was worried at first that either the mint or the lime would overpower the other, but they blended together so nicely. *chef’s kiss*
My March macarons are finished.
They’re Dulce De Leche flavored and so good! 😋
I had to make these look springy because it’s finally here. I’m loving this nice weather!
I loved making this simple little wedding cake for a friend.
I tried some new techniques which will definitely take some practice to get perfect, but I am quite happy with how it all turned out.
Also… peep the slice taken out of the back.
I completely forgot to get a pic before they cut the cake. 😂
Definitely happy with how these turned out!
Blackberry dairy free buttercream with a homemade blackberry jam filling. 😋
Note to self: painting macarons shells takes forever.
Ahhhh!
I love baking bread!
The dough is so satisfying to work with, and when the loaves come out of the oven, the looks, the smell.... it’s amazing!
There are a few kinks I’ve got to work out.
Somehow, I keep over doing the bottoms of the bread. 🤔
Oh well, I’ll figure it out. 😁
It’s been a minute, but I’m back! 😁
I’m hoping this year I will have more content and fun things to show y’all, so stay tuned. 😉
Anyway, this is a wedding cake I made last year in September.
I love how it is a little bit different from all the other cakes I’ve made.
The only problem was since it was so hot that day, by the time I got around to taking the picture, the flowers had wilted. 🙈
Oh well. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. 🙃
