I’m so damn proud of this album. I’ve been trying to process my recent autism diagnosis and connect the dots. It’s explained a lot more of the picture than bipolar alone, but there’s still a huge weird mix of relief and grief
I’m still figuring out the balance between authenticity and oversharing. Being alive during these times feels so daunting and heavy sometimes I don’t know what to do. Some days I just get by. And that’s ok
