Stacy is a Pilates instructor dedicated to helping You feel strong by slowing down and connecting breath work to controlled, intentional movement. As a mom of three, she understands firsthand the importance of rebuilding and reconnecting with the deep core and she’s passionate about helping women restore that strength from the inside out. Stacy’s classes are thoughtfully designed to build deep core strength, long-lasting stability, and overall confidence. After each session, you’ll leave feeling challenged, supported and empowered.

New Trainer 🚨: Meet Chris Dagley !!Chris’ fitness career started in 2009 after a back surgery forced a lifestyle change. Since then Chris has worked all over the industry from training and teaching clients to managing and owning gyms. Over his 15+ years of experience he has developed a passion for helping clients lose weight and gain muscle so they can look their best, feel their best, and live a full active life as they age. When not in the gym Chris fills his free time with athletic endeavors. You can find him playing pickleball, volleyball or basketball or just outside walking or on his bike.
