in loving memory of 2.5 years worth of growth. I sadly had to chop INCHES off my fro bc one side was overly damaged. i’m still recovering from the pain of cutting of so much healthy hair to ensure my entire head of hair was intact and healthy. I’m choosing to look at this as another start to the journey of not only loving my hair at any length, but also allowing my beauty to shine instead of hiding behind this beautiful hair. Here’s to the start of a new journey
it’s insane thinking about how much I miss my long hair but couldn’t see myself without my short afro. truly the best decision I ever made. sorry to my agents for chopping it all off with zero heads up.
