Some people go to church on Sundays, some on Saturdays, some on Fridays.
I just go every day.
For me, nature is my temple.
The beach, the forest, the mountains, the desert, this is where I feel closest to something beautiful and divine.
This is where I pray.
This is where I remember who I am.
This where I feel the most alive.

I’m sure for some people it’s way out of their comfort zone, I get it. I’m not a fan of exposing my body in public either. That’s why, when I have the opportunity to lie naked in the sun in a backyard all alone, I treat it as a special communion with God. It’s sacred, it’s primal, it’s the best!

In a world obsessed with efficiency and convenience, beauty and pleasure are so often overlooked, almost treated like something optional, something extra. But they’re not extra. They’re everything.
Beauty and pleasure are what bring life to life.
They soften the edges, they open the heart, they make everything feel richer, more meaningful. When I actually allowed myself to take them seriously, not as a luxury, but as a way of living, I started experiencing the world in a completely different way.
When I choose beauty, when I choose pleasure, I’m choosing presence. I’m choosing to feel. And that, more than anything, is what makes the human experience so incredibly beautiful.

Lately I’ve been spending more time in group settings,
yoga classes, beaches, concerts, shared spaces. And I started noticing something very clearly👇
A lot of people simply don’t have a developed sense of social awareness.
Someone is talking loudly right next to you like they’re alone in the world. Someone takes space that isn’t theirs, physically, energetically. Someone doesn’t read the room at all.
It’s not about being bad or good.
It’s about awareness.
Social awareness is not some deep philosophy.
It’s very simple:
– Read the room
– Understand timing
– Don’t talk just to talk
– Be aware of your words, not only what you mean, but how it lands
– Feel the space and the people in it
You are not alone here.
And here is where it gets deeper.
The same lack of awareness I see in everyday life I also see in spirituality.
People speak about awakening, healing, consciousness but forget something very basic 👇
You impact others 🤲
Energetically.
Emotionally.
Socially.
Your presence is not neutral.
So ask yourself.
Are your practices creating connection or separation?
Do people feel safe around you or small?
Are you actually aware or just in your own world?
Everyone is on a different path.
Not everyone wants what you want.
Not everyone needs your advice, your story, your energy.
Awareness is respect.
And real spirituality is not about being above.
It’s about being with.
Stay aware, family✨

You can’t heal someone who hasn’t chosen healing ✨️
I see this often, people reaching out for their loved ones, wanting to “fix,” to “save,” to take the pain away. And I get it, it comes from love, from care, from not wanting to watch someone suffer.
But here’s the truth no one wants to hear 👇
You can’t force medicine onto someone’s path.
You can’t make someone change if deep inside they’re not ready.
No ceremony, no substance, no practitioner can override a person’s own will.
Sometimes, what looks like suffering or struggle is actually a soul’s choice, a heavy, human experience that they’ve decided to go through at a karmic level.
It’s a hard to swallow pill, but some journeys are theirs alone, and part of the growth is living through them.
Real transformation begins with a conscious decision, a moment when the person says: I’m ready. Ready to look. Ready to feel. Ready to take responsibility. Without that, it’s just resistance.
And resistance will always be stronger than anything you try to “give” them.
Sometimes what looks like love is actually control.
Sometimes “helping” is an attempt to escape our own discomfort of witnessing pain.
But true love?
True love steps back.
Respects timing.
Trusts the soul of the other person.
You don’t need to save anyone.
You can hold space. You can be present. You can walk beside them.
But they have to choose the path.
Always.

These past four months since moving have shown me one thing very clearly ➡️ life without a routine is ungrounded for me.
Back in New York, I had it all figured out. My gym sessions with my trainer, my bike rides, endless beach days, meditation, journaling, reading, and my own apartment, my own space where I could do rituals and ceremonies, for myself and for others. I had a rhythm. I had a schedule. And it grounded me.
Since moving, all of that disappeared. My days have been chaotic: jumping between houses, cities, trips. No steady gym, no consistent practice, nothing to anchor me. And I feel it. I feel the ungrounded energy, the restlessness, the scattered mind.
Now I know exactly that I need to rebuild that routine, to bring back all the practices that feed me, that keep me strong and centered, that turn my life into a flowing, living rhythm again.
On the bright side 🌞 This move has synced me with nature in a way I didn’t expect. Waking up early feels effortless. I move with the sun and the waves, and it feels alive, it feels right.
Routine isn’t just a habit. It’s my anchor. My power. I’m taking it back.

Alone in the wild 👇
I don’t really know how to explain my love for the desert.
This harsh environment doesn’t scare me at all. In fact, I’m drawn to it. I like that I have to be prepared out there. I can’t be careless. The desert demands respect.
But what attracts me the most is not even the challenge.
It’s the absence of people, absence of urban life.
I can be completely alone for miles. Dozens of miles. Sometimes hundreds. No signal, no noise, no conversations, no interactions. Just me and the wild land.
And it feels so primal.
There is something incredibly powerful about being alone in the wilderness like that. It’s a little intimidating, yes. But at the same time, it feels right.
Like this is something humans have always known how to do.
