ive never liked celebrating my birthday so much, and i always chalked it up to just not being a birthday person. but this year i realized i have a hard time just celebrating myself in general. and it reaches to all aspects of my life, but especially art. the final step of accomplishment being to celebrate has never been comfortable in my self sabotaging perfectionism.
so for the sake of practice, im going to try today :)

dont usually post myself on here but good god what a spectacular experience the past few weeks have been. incredibly grateful to @thepalace.collective for organizing this residency and for providing us all with this magical chapter. im looking forward to seeing yall there next year ;) π₯³ππ½
my favorite moment was doing all the prep and costume stuff for the musical, missing my cue for the solo and not being in it at all, hell yeah XD
